This page is dedicated to the art of Smoothie making! I LOVE SMOOTHIES! The sooth hunger pains, cool you down after a long work out, and are just plain awesome! I’m a big fan of Soy Protein, but obviously these recipes can be doctored in any way.

Smoothies—-> All of these I have made and love 🙂

Strawberries and Banana 

  • 3 ice cubes 
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 5-7 strawberries 
  • 3 oz of yogurt (I use strawberry)
  • BLEND!

Green Goodies Smoothie

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup of vanilla protein yogurt
  • any berry you want

Chocolate Banana-Strawberry

Mango-Pineapple-Papaya Awesomeness

  • NO ICE CUBES IF USING FROZEN FRUIT!
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen fruit (I obviously used mango, pineapple, and papaya)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of light orange juice
  • 1 cup of Greek Yogurt (Vanilla)
  • 1 packet of sugar substitute (I’m a sucker for Splenda)
Green Monster 
  • 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
  • Huge handful of Spinach
  • Pineapple
  • Mango
  • Strawberries
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein powder
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • I cup of milk (I use Almond Milk)
  • 1 tbsp of Honest plus some on top
Almond Butter Nanner
  • 2 oz Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of Almond milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of Dark Chocolate Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Almond Butter
  • Ice
Mango Madness
  • Cut up and skin 1 mango. Place in a zip lock bag with orange juice. Freeze
  • Once frozen, break up mango slush and put in blender. Add:
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 oz of Orange Juice
  • 2 oz of Amond Milk
  • 3-5 tbsp of Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 small banana
  • Blend Away!
